Meet Rachel Thornton - Founder and President
As founding owner and president of Richardson Communications, Rachel Thornton guides the organization in its mission to provide full-service technology solutions to clients. With over seventeen years in the industry and experience in both hardware and networks, Rachel brings a comprehensive approach to managing daily voice and data needs and delivering against long-term technology projects.
Rachel’s career began in sales and customer support. This experience gave her the in-depth knowledge around life cycle management of solution selling and post implementation support. Rachel later worked as a Network Specialist with Avaya, where she learned the importance of end-to-end consultation and customer advocacy in an industry filled with carriers and vendors with their own agendas.
In addition to her work with Richardson Communications, Rachel is also active in her community. She was instrumental in the launch of a Crime Watch Patrol group in Richardson, Texas. She also volunteers with Senior’s Net, a non-profit charity that provides services to senior citizens.
Meet Christian Anniboli - Business Development
Christian Anniboli recently graduated from the University of North Texas. Christian began with RCC in the summer of 2015 as Sales and Marketing Coordinator. He is now handling Business Development and Account Management in Austin, Texas.
Meet Andrew Jannot - Vice President of Sales
Andrew Jannot came to RCC with over 25 years of experience working with enterprise clients on solving complex IT problems. He currently runs sales globally for the organization with a passion for customer experience. His career began in 1997 with MCI where he became an expert in the voice/frame relay space and then moved into a more internet-centric managed services space in the early 2000s. His successes lead him to a global managed services provider where he spent 11 years managing several large global enterprise clients advising on network, infrastructure, security, and optimization technologies. He spent the last 5 years honing his expertise in Cloud, Colocation, PaaS, Disaster Recovery, and VDI. Andrew’s passion for our clients and reputation for exceeding goals makes him a huge asset to RCC and our customers.
